Diagnosed at 47 with severe osteoporosis after a spontaneous sacral fracture, left with permanent nerve damage which means I can’t walk without pain so now use a wheelchair.
It’s been a real X Factor styley ‘rollercoaster’ of a ride, thought I’d share my thoughts and experiences with you all. Well you did ask………!! 😉
